Elvis is a big, sweet hound (walker hound mixed with blue tick). He is a very large boy, definitely makes Marshall look small!
This guy is not the most outgoing dog out there. He tends to be a bit reserved around strangers, but he's spent most of his life in a rescue facility and foster care, so it's been tough for him to learn to trust lots of people and make friends. No worries, once he warms up, he is very sweet and playful. He is up for adoption, but it's going to take a very special someone who can take the time to earn his trust to provide a home for him. Until then, he's very well cared for and has started coming out of his shell, especially on our weekly adventure walks.
If you want to adopt him, make sure you schedule some adventure walks for him. Marshall and I love having him along!
